Soy is good, we talked about this often, but now a study shows its benefits also in the fight against lung cancer. Scholars of the National Cancer Centre in Tokyo have just published their research in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and have just pointed out this unique ability is really important. In the world where you consume more soy, the incidence of cancer is much lower. Not only that soy is good for the bones to the muscles, the nerves in short, a real cure!

Think that was estimated as one third of deaths caused by tumours could have been avoided if he had followed a diet rich in soy and especially balanced.

Soy is high in protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fats, fibre, saponins and isoflavones, phytoestrogens in addition to ensuring protection from cancer, especially those affecting the prostate, breast, endometriosis, fibrocystic mastopathy, the uterine fibroids and the various disorders associated with menopause.

The study surveyed 76,000 healthy Japanese aged 45 to 74 years to 11 years in which 559 were ammalti of cancer.

Much less affected women: from this point scholars have therefore thought that both had anticancer powers especially in females.
